Version 6.5 of the ATM Reconciliation has now been
released. This version features improved processing of reports with
different time periods, redesigned activity totals on the exception report and
improvements in the automated operations. The upgraded
software is available free to all current clients. Clients running
version 4 of the software need the new version to be tested and configured
which is done for a minimal charge. On site installation and training is available.

The latest Release of the
ACE Check Reconciliation
program is available for installation.
There have been a number of improvements to the program and
two new functions. One is to PRINT Money Orders or Corporate checks and
the second for easier manual entry of Money Orders printed locally directly
from the Check Printer.
A program is now available
for automating the process gathering transaction
activity and analyzing it to identify account or persons with suspicious
activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act.
A new
program is now available for automating the process of unzipping the Co-op
Network report files and splitting the large files into individual reports.

Release 1.3 of the ACE
Charge Off Tracking program is now available.
The newest tracking program from Alternative Computing Environments provides a
easy to use but sophisticated tool for maintaining Negative Shares, Charged
Off Loans or Credit Card information in one program and database.

One of the new programs that I've
developed is the
ACE Negative Balance Tracking
program. This program automates the process of
reviewing the accounts with negative balances. See the product page for
detailed information.
The Customer section of the web page has been
significantly enhanced. I've added a Frequently asked question page
plus links to download the latest updates and documentation for most of the
programs. Log in on the
Customer Main page to access these features.
ACE ATM Compare released
in February of 2003, see the ATM Reconciliation
page and the updated demonstration for more details. This is a new
version of the ATM Reconciliation designed for smaller institutions. A
working trial version of the program is available for selected
